Contrary
Reverses any stat changes affecting the Pokémon so that attempts to boost its stats instead lower them—and attempts to lower its stats will boost them.
The only ability Mega Staraptor can have — Mega Evolution replaces Intimidate and Reckless.
Item
Staraptite
One of a variety of mysterious Mega Stones. A Staraptor holding this stone will be able to Mega Evolve during battle.
Required to Mega Evolve — every Mega Staraptor set holds it.
